Fidelium Partners, a private equity firm in Munich, agreed to acquire the Tonder and Louviers automotive plants of Benteler, a holding company in German family ownership. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction allows Benteler to focus on strategic production sites in Europe, with the aim of enhancing competitiveness and accelerating profitable growth in a volatile market environment.
