Motion Equity Partners-backed EA Pharma, a France-based pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Drasanvi, a company that specializes in the development, marketing, and domestic distribution of food supplements and natural cosmetics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are convinced that the combination of EA Pharma and Drasanvi will allow both companies to accelerate their development.
