Icanic Brands to acquire LEEF Holdings for $120m.

Icanic Brands, a multi-state brand operator of premium cannabis brands, agreed to acquire LEEF Holdings, a cannabis farming firm, for $120m. "We couldn’t be happier to join the Icanic team.
