Fondo Italiano d'Investimento and Stellex to invest in Mecaer Aviation.

Fondo Italiano d'Investimento, a multi- asset fund manager, and Stellex, an investment company, agreed to invest in Mecaer Aviation, a aircraft solutions provider. Fianncial terms were not disclosed. "This is a strategic transaction for Fondo Italiano because of the global relevance of the aerospace sector, the specific skills that Italy has shown it can develop, and the enabling technologies that we believe we can further grow thanks to a “best in class” platform like Mecaer", says Antonio Pace, Fondo Italiano d'Investimento CEO.
