Bunzl completed the acquisition of Proin Pinilla and Arprosa.

Bunzl, a global distributor of nonfood consumables, completed the acquisition of Proin Pinilla, a provider of personal protection equipment, and Arprosa, a distributor of PPE. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am pleased to announce two acquisitions today, with Proin Pinilla and Arprosa both broadening our safety offering in Spain and expanding our customer base. Year to date we have now completed eight acquisitions and with the strength of our cash generation continue to see significant opportunity to self-fund further acquisitions.
