Pernod Ricard completed the acquisition of minority stake in Sovereign Brands.

Pernod Ricard, a producer of alcoholic beverages, completed the acquisition of minority stake in Sovereign Brands, a family-owned, family-run wine & spirits company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sovereign Brands has demonstrated exceptional innovation and marketing skills.
