Mehiläinen to acquire Vetrea Terveys from Osuuskunta.

Mehiläinen, a a provider of health care and social services, agreed to acquire Vetrea Terveys, an operator and provider of rehabilitation care centers and housing services, from Osuuskunta, a provider of real estate developing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have Vetrea's services for the elderly and disabled and the professional staff included in Mehiläinen's social services. The acquisition supports the growth of Mehiläinen's network in several geographical areas where we do not currently operate.
