Saputo completed the acquisition of Carolina Aseptic and Carolina Dairy from AmeriQual for $118m.

Saputo, a dairy company that produces, markets, and distributes a wide array of dairy products, completed the acquisition of Carolina Aseptic, an aseptic shelf-stable food products and beverages producer, and Carolina Dairy, a refrigerated yogurt producer, from AmeriQual, a company that provides innovative solutions to major branded food companies, food service providers, retailers and US Department of Defense, for $118m.
