Novetude Sante completed the acquisition of DMVP Formation from Siparex and Sodero.

Novetude Sante, a specialist provider of higher education to healthcare professionals in France, completed the acquisition of DMVP Formation, an e-learning platform from private equity firms Siparex and Sodero. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After an initial opening of the capital with Siparex and Sodéro which notably enabled us to structure our growth projects, we are delighted to join the Novétudes group and thus have additional means to continue the development of the Group," Charles Woitiez, DMVP Manager.
