Instem completed the acquisition of PDS Life Sciences.

Instem, a provider of IT solutions and services to the global life sciences market, completed the acquisition of PDS Life Sciences, a life sciences software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is good news for Instem, PDS and the entire industry.
