Access Group to acquire Servelec.

Access Group, a management and intelligence solutions company, agreed to acquire Servelec, a provider of software to the care sector. Montagu will divest its stake as part of the deal. “Through the use of our technology and services, Access’ purpose is to support customers with the freedom to deliver outstanding care.
