White Cap completed the acquisition of Tri-Supply & Equipment.

White Cap, one of the US' largest suppliers of power tools and specialty materials, completed the acquisition of Tri-Supply & Equipment, a construction equipment supplier in Delaware. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about the ability to leverage our combined branch footprint to better serve our customers in the mid-Atlantic area.
