Tanarra Capital-backed INX Software to acquire Sitepass from Kineo.

Tanarra Capital-backed INX Software, a developer of workforce management software, agreed to acquire Sitepass, a developer of workforce management software, from Kineo, a provider of custom e-learning and online learning services.
