Gen Cap America, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Lab Products, a lab animal housing solutions manufacturer and designer, and Harford Systems, a custom stainless steel and sheet metal fabricator, from Avidity Science, a water purification and delivery, control and monitoring and service solutions provider.
