Patria Investments, a global alternative asset manager, agreed to acquire Moneda Asset Management, an asset manager headquartered in Chile, for $315m. "Our leadership is excited about the merger of the two companies. We are quickly delivering the expansion strategy we presented during our initial public offering earlier this year.
