GVS completed the acquisition of RPB Group for $177m.

GVS, a supplier of filtration solutions in the healthcare and life sciences, energy and mobility, and health and safety sectors, completed the acquisition of RPB Group, a US headquartered company that specializes in the design and production of respiratory protection devices, for $177m.
