Irisity to acquire Agent Vi for $67m.

Irisity, a company involved in developing security solutions for surveillance, agreed to acquire Agent Via developer of enterprise video analytics software, for $67m. “we are extremely proud to partner with Irisity through this merger, and strongly believe that it will put the companies in a position to expand our global market reach and strengthen our products and service offering, for the benefit of our customers," Itsik Kattan, Agent Vi CEO.
