Triveni Turbine completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in GE Triveni from Baker Hughes for $29m.

Triveni Turbine, an equipment manufacturer of steam turbines, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in GE Triveni, a joint venture formed in 2010 by GE and Triveni, from Baker Hughes, an American international industrial service company, for $29m.
