Platina Partners completed the acquisition of Unow.

Platina Partners, a French lower mid-market investment firm, completed the acquisition of Unow, a digital professional training specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the backing of Platina, Unow aims to build growth through attracting new key clients,while maintaining strong renewal rates with existing customers.
