Compass Diversified completed the acquisition of Lugano Diamonds & Jewelry for $256m.

Compass Diversified, an investment holding company, completed the acquisition of Lugano Diamonds & Jewelry, a manufacturer of jewelry intended to offer one-of-a-kind products, for $256m. “We are excited to bring a growing, luxury goods brand like Lugano to the CODI portfolio of niche-branded consumer subsidiaries.
