Roxboro BauVal completed the acqusition of M.E. Tremblay Demolition.

Roxboro BauVal, a provider of complementary services in the construction and raw materials supply fields, completed the acqusition of M.E. Tremblay Demolition, a building demolition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This alliance will capitalize on the complementary expertise of Groupe Prodem, a subsidiary of RBG, which provides interior stripping and asbestos removal services and will further benefit RBG's clients who can now rely on an even more complete and high-quality service offering.
