NE Nitro Geneva, an ammonia production facility, completed the acquisition of Nebraska Nitrogen Plant, an anhydrous ammonia fertilizer manufacturing plant. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Domestic nitrogen facilities are fortress assets, this chemical business intersects strategically with our industrial complex throughout the West," Chad Brownstein, Nebraska Nitrogen Chairman.
