Investcorp Technology-backed Ageras completed the acquisition of Zervant.

Investcorp Technology-backed Ageras, a provider of a range of software solutions, completed the acquisition of Zervant, a developer of invoicing software intended for sole traders and small businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have identified a huge, increasing demand for services, like Zervant, to enable the launch and operation of a small company. The last few years we have grown more than 50% annually, even during the pandemic. And we are thrilled to have found a partner in Ageras that shares the same vision of growth for small business as we do," Mattias Hansson, Zervant Co-Founder.
