GenNx360 Capital Partners to invest Whitsons Culinary Group.

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm investing in middle market business-to-business industrial and business services companies, agreed to invest Whitsons Culinary Group, a provider of dining services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
