Fulcrum Capital Partners to invest in Creative Outdoor Advertising.

Fulcrum Capital Partners, a Canadian private equity firm focused on the lower middle market, agreed to invest in Creative Outdoor Advertising, a provider of billboards and bus shelters advertising.
