Blade Air Mobility, a technology-powered global air mobility platform, completed the acquisition of Trinity Air Medical, a nationwide, multi-modal organ logistics and transportation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Trinity’s end-to-end services integrate air missions with ground transport.
