Exponent Private Equity-backed Evergreen Garden completed the acquisition of GPI Green Partners International.

Exponent Private Equity-backed Evergreen Garden, a distributor of consumer products for lawn and garden care, completed the acquisition of GPI Green Partners International, a manufacturer of fertilizers and pack fertilizers for hobby and leisure gardeners. Financial terms were not disclosed. The move increases Evergreen’s organic capacity, mainly at its German business.
