4iG to acquire Invitech from CEE Equity.

4iG, an IT service management company, agreed to acquire Invitech, an Internet service provider in Budaörs, Hungary, from CEE Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Invitech, one of the key players in the Hungarian infocommunications market, is expected to operate not only in the 4iG telecommunications portfolio, but also be a part of a national telecommunications holding company in the future," Gellért Jászai, 4iG President and CEO.
