Edifecs completed the acquisition of Talix.

Edifecs, a technology company in the US healthcare market, completed the acquisition of Talix, a developer of integrated workflow applications intended for health plans, healthcare providers and coders. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger of these companies enables Edifecs to offer a more complete risk adjustment solution from insight, to intervention, to submission. This, in turn, will advance industry-critical value-based care initiatives by directly supporting providers with their increased acceptance of financial risk," Sunny Singh, Edifecs Founder and Chairman of the Board.
