Consilio to acquire the legal consulting and eDiscovery business from Adecco Group.

Consilio, a global provider of eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, agreed to acquire the legal consulting and eDiscovery business from Adecco Group, a provider of services covering temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Client demands, under increasing caseloads and data volumes, are calling for greater efficiency and scale, flexibility, and ability for legal service providers to deliver differentiated value through enterprise solution offerings.
