UBS Asset Management to acquiree Datum Datacentres.

UBS Asset Management, a large scale investment manager, agreed to acquiree Datum Datacentres, a provider of data colocation services to construction and engineering, defence, education, energy and utilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction represents an exciting investment in a fast-growing and high-performing sector.
