Basalt Infrastructure Partners to acquire goetel from Adiuva Capital.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, agreed to acquire goetel, a fiber-to-the-home provider, from Adiuva Capital, a German private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With capital from Basalt Infrastructure Partners III, goetel Group will continue rolling-out fiber broadband to existing customers and underserved homes.
