HIPRA completed the acquisition of GoodGut.

HIPRA, a pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of GoodGut, a producer of medical diagnosis and therapeutic products. Financial terms were not disclosed. GoodGut considers that this operation culminates the success of our project, by allowing the worldwide expansion of products from the hand of the most suitable partner: strong and local. They also highlight that this acquisition is a success for the biotechnology sector, in which the company is few startups that manage to expand and consolidate the project through mergers or acquisitions, and is an indicator of the maturity of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
