Verdane, a growth equity investor, agreed to acquire WoolOvers, a British lifestyle brand, Purity Soft Drinks, a manufacturer of juices and juice drinks, and Lumene, a Finnish manufacturer of cosmetics, from Langholm Capital, a London-based private equity firm.
