Silgan completed the acquisition of Gateway $485m.

Silgan, a supplier of sustainable rigid packaging solutions for consumer goods products, completed the acquisition of Gateway, a provider of integrated dispensing packaging solutions, $485m. "The acquisition of Gateway is the most recent example of Silgan deploying our disciplined capital allocation model to create shareholder value.
