Grant & Stone completed the merger with IBMG.

Grant & Stone, a supplier of artificial grass products, completed the merger with IBMG, an independent merchant business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger is exciting and as both companies can learn much from each other, it will deliver great things.
