Pioneer Capital Invest to acquire Asian-Pacific Bank from Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Pioneer Capital Invest, an investor, agreed to acquire Asian-Pacific Bank from Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The following three of the four bidders invited by the Bank of Russia took part in the auction: Promsvyazbank PJSC, PJSC Sovcombank and Pioneer Capital Invest.
