Kotak Mahindra Bank, an Indian banking & financial services company, agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Kfin Technologies, a registrar and transfer agency, for $42m. This investment, Kotak Bank said, is in line with the lender's strategy of making minority investments in businesses that are professionally managed and have deep client entrenchment.
