Oaktree Capital to acquire Sanlam Wealth from Sanlam for £140m.

Oaktree Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Sanlam Wealth, the UK wealth division of Sanlam, South Africa’s largest insurer, for £140m. "We are delighted to have reached this agreement to acquire Sanlam Wealth.
