Adelis Equity Partners-backed Säkra completed the acquisition of Ankaret Forsakring & Finans from GLVL Invest.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Säkra, an insurance intermediaries with a focus on life insurance, non-life insurance and financial advice, completed the acquisition of Ankaret Forsakring & Finans, an insurance intermediary, from GLVL Invest, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome Ankaret and their employees to us at Säkra.
