Vierhaus to acquire Neue Alno from RiverRock.

Vierhaus, a provider of custom-made solutions, agreed to acquire Neue Alno, a German kitchen manufacturer, from RiverRock, a privately-owned alternative investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Under great time pressure, we managed to provide the financial resources required for a transfer company.
