Neighborly completed the acquisition of Pimlico Plumbers.

Neighborly, a provider of residential and commercial repair and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Pimlico Plumbers, a provider of domestic repair and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Pimlico’s wide array of trade services as well as its exceptional customer care perfectly align with Neighborly’s purpose, which is to build an extensive service community known for providing excellent experiences.
