Pernod Ricard to acquire The Whisky Exchange.

Pernod Ricard, a French drinks company, agreed to acquire The Whisky Exchange, a spirits online and physical retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "E-commerce is a key channel in our long term strategy.
