Tekni-Plex to acquire Keyes Packaging Group from Arbor Investments.

Tekni-Plex, a company focuses on material science and manufacturing technologies, agreed to acquire Keyes Packaging Group, a provider of food and beverage packaging, from Arbor Investments, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Once again we have added an incredible resource to the Tekni-Plex family.
