Adelis Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Säkra.

Adelis Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Säkra, a Swedish insurance provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a long-awaited and important step in Säkra's development towards becoming Sweden's leading brokerage company.
