Midmark Corporation to acquire Schroer Manufacturing from Livingstone.

Midmark Corporation, a provider of medical, dental and veterinary healthcare equipment solutions, agreed to acquire Schroer Manufacturing, a animal health equipment manufacturer, from Livingstone, a mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm.
