Skyview Capital completed the acquisition of Digital Lumens from Osram Licht.

Skyview Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Digital Lumens, an electrical and electronic manufacturing comapny, from Osram Licht, a lighting manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with Digital Lumens, Inc. to serve the IoT and Connected lighting markets.
