Abry Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aker Systems from LDC.

Abry Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aker Systems, which designs, builds and operates ground-breaking ultra-secure public cloud environments and advanced data infrastructure platforms, from LDC, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the last few years we have pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in the public cloud by delivering proven enterprise-class data infrastructure for customers in highly-regulated environments.
