Abry Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aker Systems, which designs, builds and operates ground-breaking ultra-secure public cloud environments and advanced data infrastructure platforms, from LDC, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
