Abriso-Jiffy to acquire Novostrat.

Abriso-Jiffy, a plastic fabrication company in Anzegem, Belgium, agreed to acquire Novostrat, a provider of foams for the packaging and building industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have reached this agreement for this strategic very important acquisition. Our businesses are very complementary and this combination will give us the opportunity to enhance our product offering to our clients across Europe. The state of the art technologies will provide a strong basis for further improvements in effectively responding to future customer needs.
