HeidelbergCement, a firm that produces and markets aggregates, agreed to acquire a 45% stake in Command Alkon, a software company, from Thoma Bravo. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction will better position Command Alkon to enhance our support to all customers, expand our geographic footprint and execute our transition to the cloud.
